Here's a sample list of "Goods to Follow" that I submitted to Customs when I entered Canada for the first time as a Landed Immigrant. Note that this is not the actual list I submitted. It is only a sample to display the format I used. Also, the columns "Category" and "Box #" are not required by Customs. However, I had them there to make it easier for me to sort things out.
